There are 5 core members. After that there can be a team manager, coach and two subs, all of which are optional when signing up.
How do I pay the entry fee?
The entry fee is paid while you are entering your team into the Challonge bracket found here.
I have filled in the registration form, is there anything else I need to do?
Yes, make sure you have also registered your team on Challonge. After paying the entry fee you will be added to the list of participants. The Challonge register-your-team page can be found here.
